Feasibility Studies

Feasibility Study: Evaluated and prepared RFQ to install 1 @ 6000 hp solar turbines (100 mmscf/d) to feed reciprocating compressors. Developed performance graph, facility cost, equipment cost and cost comparison of rotary screw vs. turbine power. GCC developed return on investment scenarios for client internal evaluation.

Electrification Study: Provided complete field study evaluating the cost for field conversion of 18 gas drive engine driven compressors, totaling 9200 Hp, to electric drive compressors. Developed project scope, cost of infrastructure development, cost of equipment replacement, timeline and return on investment analysis.

Remote Monitoring Study: GCC developed the scope and costs for web-based monitoring and optimization of 42 compressor sites. Wrote client AFE’s to include the monitoring of wells, EFM’s, compressors, tanks, dump valves, compressor real time, compressor analysis and maintenance scheduler. Developed RFP’s for installation.
