GCC provides project management experience for your new facility. From single 200 Hp compressor installations to multiple 3000 Hp unit station installations, from a clean sheet of paper to a revamp of an existing facility and equipment. Our dedication to your project assures that it will be completed on time and within budget.

Project Management: Developed a compression scope to increase production capacity from 23 MMscf/d to 120 MMscf/d over a 14 month period. This scope included: evaluation of existing rental and owned compression, modeled production from new drilling, engineered pipeline gathering requirements, evaluated compression equipment options, developed RFQs, selected vendors, developed site facility plan, and managed project to startup.

CBM Project Management: Managed installation of compression for three clients totaling 19 compressors at 4 sites. Projects included evaluation of client’s production requirements and goals, engineering of facilities, coal fine filtration, engineering of compression equipment, RFQ’s for purchase and rental of compression, engineer and procurement of production equipment, hiring of contractors and managing projects to startup.

Project Management: Developed multiple Marcellus projects from conception to startup. Projects included all permitting, facility design, civil, mechanical, structural and electrical engineering, BOM, ISO’s, installation of 22,000 Hp of compression and process equipment totaling capacity for 150 MMscf/d. Project was completed on time and within budget.
