Emission Reductions: GCC provides audit and upgrades to reduce facility emissions from VOC’s, NOx, CO. These methods include engine and compression optimization, engine controls upgrades, catalysts, vapor recovery system and burners. GCC also engineers and installs compressor waste heat recovery systems to evaporate brine water or generate electricity.

Permitting-WY, WV, TX, OK, UT, NM, CO, ND, KS, CA: GCC has provided air permitting services for over 100 compressor applications. Beyond the basic compressor air permit, GCC has also handled complete site permitting for new facility developments up to and including Title 5 and PSM facilities.

Facility Decommissioning-CO: GCC provided turnkey project management services for the environmental evaluation and decommissioning of a 10 acre partially abandoned, 50 yr old, compressor and process storage facility. As part of this work, GCC provided evaluation of hazardous contaminates, site work permits and coordination with landowners, cities, state and federal agencies. Obtained all permits for, SPCC, SWMP, hazardous material handling, SWPPP, SWAMP, CO-VCUP, BMP. GCC supplied project management services including, project time line, surveys, engineering and integration of the remaining operational facility, civil, electrical and mechanical, demolition scope and contractor selection. GCC sold abandoned on site equipment including, pressure vessels, generators, tanks, compressors, generators and process equipment. Revenue from used equipment sales to property owner was over $250,000.00
